Wave on Wave

We were a party of 5 families, totaling18 people ranging in age from 75 to 17 months. This house offered enough room for everyone to have quiet space and together time. All the games kept the younger ones occupied and engaged. We enjoyed craft time downstairs in the shaded outdoor living area. The pool, dock and water toys were all in perfect shape. The whole house was immaculate. We especially enjoyed the verandas on the 2nd and 3rd levels. Plus all the covered play space with ping pong and corn hole kept us cool outside. We even engineered a fun baseball game in the shade of trees in the front yard. Jon Nickowski and his entire staff were a delight to work with. We've rented a number of houses over the years. Wave on Wave provided the best accommodations, all in good working order and the most responsive staff we've ever encountered. We highly recommend this facility!

Our family had a wonderful time at Wave on Wave. The home is gorgeous, very spacious, and well-stocked. The outdoor gathering areas and abundance of amenities made this vacation all the more amazing. Working with the management company is always a great experience. Their team makes every effort to welcome guests and stay in contact during the stay. The customer service is second to none. We will definitely be back!

This gorgeous house has everything to offer plus more. We went with 4 families (9 kids, 8 adults) and it slept all of us comfortably with plenty of extra room. The kids were constantly entertained with kayak, canoe and paddle board. The sun deck had a slide into the lake and a high jump. We had a heated pool and hot tub. They played pool, shuffle board and pin ball. The dads had a ping pong tournament. Kids played basketball and arcade games. They had a green light under the boat lift for night fishing. We rented a boat and went tubing and had a place to pull up and exchange passengers. The kitchen is beautiful and was equipped with all the utensils and appliances. It had 3 refrigerators!! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great stay!

Had some issues with water pressure in a couple of the showers and one that didn’t have water at all. I called the rental office and they sent someone right away, although it was a holiday. It was somehow taken care off.
Overall we all enjoyed this property.

Went down for a weekend of golf with a group of buddies and had an amazing time. Golf course is less than 5 min away but also plenty to do at the house to keep us occupied (pool, cornhole, ping pong, shuffleboard, etc.). We also took advantage of the bluebird weather and used the kayaks/stand-up paddleboards for fishing. House is also more spacious than pictures suggest. Incredible weekend overall!

This lake house was fabulous! This was the most thought out house plan. We loved the view, the pool, hot tub and the veranda on 2nd floor with the grill. The kitchen with well equipped, plus the 2 extra refrigerators off the kitchen in addition to others.
The bedrooms were great and we especially liked the bunkbeds in some of the bedrooms for younger children. Everything was perfect!

We recently stayed at Wave on Wave Sept 2022 for my husband's 50th birthday. We had a mix of family and friends. The quality of the house exceeded my expectations with very modern appliances, sound system (Sonos), outdoor TV and kayaks. The pool slide was so much fun for all ages. We had an amazing time and we would certain stay there again, also recommend to other friends.

Everything about our stay was amazing.The property is clean and well kept. Communication with the property manager was quick and responsive (only had a few questions, no issues). Location was great.I've stayed in many large short-term rentals over the years (20+) - most are used and abused. That is not the case here - everything worked flawlessly, seemed to be maintained, etc ... it was honestly refreshing.We definitely hope to be back next summer!

Everything was wonderful. Everyone had a fantastic time and want to know when we can return. Jon and Casey were great.

Another great stay at a Front Desk property! This house has it all. Endless outdoor fun - pool, hot tub, kayaks, and the awesome water slide! We rented a jet ski for 3 hours and it was fun to zip around and especially to see the sandbar that's across from the house. Inside - the kitchen has everything, there's plenty of space, and we loved the pool table. AND the shuffleboard was a new treat! Casey was super responsive when we had a minor backyard issue. Plus, there's a BBQ restaurant in walking distance! Would definitely recommend it.

Would rent again. The place was a top notch house with lots of room and toys for the older kids. Had a problem with the Waterside and the guy came out and fixed it quickly on Saturday evening.

This place in my opinion has the best location you can get in kingland. You cannot explore this whole property in just 3 days. It takes longer to enjoy everything it has to offer.

Beautiful lake house that was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great kitchen, patios, pool and dock. Home is located across from a sandbar on LBJ, so was great to watch all the boats go by.

This property was AMAZING! Great location, very well appointed, and super clean! We do a lake vacation with friends every summer. We have (4) families and every couple got their own king room with en suite bathroom. Kids all slept in amazing bunk room. We will be booking this property again!

We had a family get together for the 4th and it was absolutely fabulous! Great huge house with tons of amenities. Very new and up to date property with nothing missing for a great vacation for everyone from toddlers to adults. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is gorgeous, so spacious, and has so many fun things to do. Our family and friends loved this property. It is super clean, brand new, and has everything! At one point we needed one more kayak paddle and the property company brought it out right away, within the hour. Can’t say enough good things about this rental property.

We rented the house for spring break with another family. The nine of us had plenty of room and a ton of fun. We also loved the Sonos system.

Our family loved staying at Wave On Wave. My teenagers especially enjoyed the Sono sound system inside and outside. Had every appliance you could ever need. All the beds were extremely comfortable, and the smart tv’s in every room were a huge hit. Had a question or two and Casey was very helpful and answered her phone immediately. We were very impressed with the management company and her quick response. We will definitely be back and stay at Wave On Wave.

To say this was a beautiful property is an understatement. Absolutely one of the best properties in the area. We could not think of one thing we would change. We visited on a weekend when it was cold and we could not use the lake, and that literally made no difference in terms of the quality of our stay. There is so much to do at this property. So many beautiful vantage points. A ton of privacy. Easily accommodates 3-4 families (post COVID of course) with so much space to spead out. Location is 1 mile from a (small) HEB. Kitchen is fully loaded. Jon at Front Desk Rentals is great to work with. Highly recommended.

We had a very good time during Thanksgiving, 5 young families with little kids. The property is new and clean, upgraded and modern. With in-house elevator, lots of entertainment and we really enjoyed the kitchen and heated pool. Nearby there are HEB, 2 state parks with walking trails, lake LBJ boating. Property manager is nice and helpful, highly recommended.

Beautiful property, great location, great weekend, little steep on pricing.
